4.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your jl866 Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jl866 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available or removed at jl866's discretion from time to time.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit is ₱100 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits are subject to the applicable limits of each payment provider and jl866's internal risk controls.
5.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that are lawfully your own. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods registered in another person's name is prohibited.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
8.3 You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without jl866's prior written consent.

9.2 jl866's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 By You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting jl866 support. Upon closing your Account, any remaining Real Money Funds (after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC and AML verification.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform is revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 12 — shall continue in full force.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.4 The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings.
13.1 jl866 may amend these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on jl866.vip with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, jl866 will endeavor to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via in-platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
